Marie's Adventure World Locations Index
Every town, brothel district, and story pin explained in one route.
Marie’s Adventure uses a focused overworld rather than an open sandbox. Each named location exists to push one of three loops: story, pregnancy progression, or combat economy. This index lists every major pin players reference after the August 6, 2026 launch on Steam, itch.io, and DLsite — including soft-lock reports around Mulshore and the intentional birth restriction outside Sylva City.
Use this page when someone says “go to the Church” or “the brothel glitched” and you need context fast. Deep Inn routing stays on Sylva City; here we cover the full travel graph.
Starting village
Marie’s home village opens the campaign. Expect tutorial combat, the fertility blessing cutscene, and early wardrobe jokes that set the tone for this 18+ H-RPG. Shops are limited; the important lesson is that sleeping here never triggers birth, even at 100% pregnancy. New players often test labor in the first inn they see — save yourself the confusion and read getting started before you grind walks in the wrong zone.
From the village, story flags unlock overworld travel toward Sylva and satellite towns. Treat this area as prologue space: learn controls, toggle optional birth and lactation content in content settings, then leave once the main quest arrow points outward.
Sylva City (summary)
Sylva remains the mandatory end point for every pregnancy cycle. See the dedicated Sylva City guide for Inn clerk steps, save-scum corners, and post-birth power-ups. On this index, remember only the rule: if it is not Sylva’s Inn, it is not a delivery room.
Seliana
Seliana is a secondary town with its own inn and side content. Community reports highlight two quirks:
- After brothel scenes, sleeping in Seliana may not result in pregnancy even when mechanics suggest it should.
- Resting at full term does not play birth scenes, matching the developer’s global rule.
Seliana is fine for story and exploration — just do not confuse its inn with Sylva’s. If you are routing a brothel-to-bed loop, finish in Sylva instead.
Mulshore
Mulshore is a coastal area tied to mid-game travel. It appears frequently in bug reports: on first entry, a conversation can loop endlessly, trapping players until they force a scene reload. The known issues page tracks workarounds (including F5 scene reset habits carried over from RPG Maker tradition). If Mulshore dialogue repeats, do not assume your save is corrupt — check patches first.
Slums
Steam tracks Into the Slums for unlocking the Slums district. Treat it as a story-gated urban zone on the same overworld graph as Seliana and Mulshore — not a second birth hub. Once unlocked, expect denser NPC dialogue, side objectives, and combat approaches that still advance pregnancy while you walk.
If hostages or dancers routing pulled you toward cave systems earlier, return here after story flags update rather than assuming the Slums replace Desert Caves. Trophy hunters: see Achievements.
Church fertility
The Church is the reliable fertility upgrade point. Visiting before brothel work or intentional conception attempts raises the odds of larger litters; multiples up to quadruplets are confirmed by the community. Fertility stacks with prep elsewhere — see fertility boosts for item synergies.
Typical Church loop:
- Enter before a planned creampie or brothel shift.
- Pay or complete the requested offering (chapter-gated).
- Confirm the fertility buff in status or via later milk capacity jumps.
- Proceed to Sylva for save-scum rolls if chasing multiples (how to get multiples).
Skipping the Church is the main reason players think litter size is purely random.
Brothel locations
Brothel districts appear in multiple towns as Marie’s optional sluttiness grind. Gameplay effects include gold, unique CG, and pregnant variants if you clock in while already showing. Early brothel scenes historically triggered F5 reset bugs on some setups; launch builds patched many cases, but keep troubleshooting handy.
Brothel work does not replace demon battles — turn-based fights still gate story progression via combat basics. Alternate between brothel income, overworld walks (pregnancy time), Church prep, and Sylva delivery for the cleanest loop.
Desert caves
The desert caves host the kidnapped dancers / hostages rescue. There is no useful overview map inside, ladders may be debris-locked, and walking still advances pregnancy — a dangerous combo if you are near term. Full escape checklist: Desert Caves guide. Location pin: Desert Caves.
If you get lost, use the inventory teleport back to the city, restock food, and re-enter through the story gate rather than wandering overdue.
Demon routes and dungeons
Overworld paths connecting towns host demon encounters that scale with story chapter. These spaces exist to drain resources between births and test party builds from party progression. No dungeon replaces Sylva for labor; they only pace combat difficulty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the starting village for?
It introduces Marie, the fertility blessing, and basic combat. Birth scenes never trigger there — leave once the main quest opens the overworld.
Why does Mulshore keep repeating dialogue?
A known conversation loop on first entry has been reported since demo builds. See Known Issues for reload steps and hotfix notes.
Where do I raise fertility?
At the Church. Stack that visit with items from the fertility boosts page before brothel or inn rolls.
